CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

CANADA: Every Shipment arriving to Canada must pay custom taxes, we will take care of providing the necessary documentation so that you pay a minimum amount of taxes that ranges between 19 and 100 CAD respectively to the total of the purchase with us.

EUROPE: There are countries within the European Union that require the payment of customs taxes, there are countries that do not require it. If your country issues customs taxes, we will take care of providing the necessary documentation so that you pay a minimum amount of taxes when releasing the packet, the amount can be from 10 to 50 Euros according to the total of the purchase with us.

USA: Every shipment wit us to the United States arrives free of payment of customs taxes

CUSTOMS FEE ONLY BELONGS TO YOU. You must pick up the product by paying the customs fee requested from you at the time of delivery. We do not charge the customs fee. If you don't pay, the product will unfortunately be destroyed by your country and will not be returned to us, so a refund will not be available.

You can track your PACKAGE with the tracking number in the sms e-mail that comes to you when your order is ready. Be sure that you are at the delivery address you provided.

CARE TIPS

Follow these CARE TIPS to keep your jewelry looking like new:
Wear your jewelry after applying makeup, lotions, perfumes. Cosmetic products have chemicals that can eventually cause damage to your jewelry or tarnish it.
Do not wear your jewelry while cleaning, it could be the same with cleaning products, specifically CHLORINE.
Remove your jewelry before entering a pool, jacuzzi, bathtub, sauna. Chlorinated water damages the metal and causes a color change.
Take off your jewelry before showering. Soaps and shampoos cause a film to form about your jewelry.
Keep your jewelry in a container in which your jewelry does not have contact with each other, so you will avoid scratching

WARRANTY
There is a 3-month warranty on all jewelry purchased SIRA. The warranty covers defects in craftsmanship or materials.If your item is damaged after the warranty period, we can still repair the item as needed. Repair charges will vary and shipping costs go at your own expense.
SIRA jewelry is not responsible for repairs made in other jewelry.
There is no warranty on discounted items at Sira Jewellery, however if your item is damaged, we can still repair the item as needed. Repair charges will vary and shipping costs go at your own expense.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Sira Jewellery will accept items in its original conditions for a full refund only if the return is made within 24 hours of receipt. Any request made after 24 hours of receipt will only allow the change to be made within the first 5 days of receipt. Please note that we cannot accept jewelry that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. This excludes custom orders and resizing. There are no exchanges or returns for discounted items, except request for product warranty the day of delivery. Shipping costs, taxes included go at your own expense.
